- The University of Rouen in France and the developers of CisMef, a quality-controlled Catalog and Index of French-language Health Internet resources.

- The French ministry for research and higher education and experiences from the French release of LOM for Universities

Participants will interact with mEducator partners and exchange experience and knowledge in order to explore new partnerships, discuss all recent developments in the field of educational content sharing and assist the work endeavored in mEducator.
