    But, running on a 5k race is the most suitable for soccer Athlete like Charlie because the intensity of running in 5k race and soccer match is really similar. Walking and biking at leisurely pace do not provide the intensity needed for soccer athlete’s conditioning.

    I believe the answer is C.  Walking from class will not help your cardio respiratory system.  Neither would riding a bike at leisure pace, that does nothing for you.  And lifting weights helps with your muscle growth, not your cardio endurance.  Hope this is helpful!
