Why did the animal and plant cells lack cilia, flagella, or other means of locomotion?
(Again organisms are Amoeba, Paramecium, Euglena, Spirogyna, Onion root, and Cardiac Muscle)

    Firstly, cell shape is restricted. For the other one, plants are pretty stationary, and animals move more. Please mark brainliest!

    1. It restricts the cell shape: the spirogyra and onion cells are fairly uniform rectangles. All the other organism have more variable cell shapes especially the amoeba.
